Catrin Adams
PRESIDENT
Catrin is a dedicated healthcare professional and a passionate advocate for community well-being, bringing over 15 years of nursing experience to the Wisconsin Care Collective Board of Directors. With a strong background in inpatient hospital nursing, she offers a unique and invaluable perspective on the health challenges facing the community. Her professional skills extend beyond clinical care to include strategic planning, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of resource management.
Catrin's commitment to service is rooted in her volunteer work. She has volunteered with different organizations traveling nationally and internationally to provide nursing care. This hands-on experience fuels her passion for the Wisconsin Care Collective’s mission to fill health care gaps in Wisconsin.

Dallas Stack
TREASURER
Dallas is passionate about strengthening communities and expanding equitable access to essential resources across Wisconsin. She combines her background in accounting, compliance, and organizational leadership to bring transparency, accountability, and strong financial stewardship to her work. At the Wisconsin Care Collective, Dallas is committed to ensuring resources are managed wisely and sustainably—helping the organization make a lasting impact for the people it serves.

Jamie Valentyne-Fletcher
SECRETARY
Jamie is dedicated to helping those in need. She has volunteered for many different organizations and is proud to take the next step in her service by joining the Wisconsin Care Collective. Her background in design and marketing plays a key role in promoting the organization and its mission. Determination, innovation and creativity are what she brings to the team and she can’t wait to see what the future brings for Wisconsin Care Collective.

Katie Pajac
CHAIRPERSON OF THE BOARD
Katie is a compassionate professional with a background in case management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. She has worked closely with adults with disabilities and traumatic brain injuries, focusing on person-centered planning, crisis response, and service coordination. Katie is excited to be a part of Wisconsin Care Collective and is dedicated to building strong relationships to ensure individuals receive the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

Jackie Douglas
BOARD MEMBER
Jackie has worked and volunteered for various nonprofits for decades. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Services from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. She believes that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare and is dedicated to making that a reality. Her empathy and compassion are essential to advancing Wisconsin Care Collective’s mission.

Nathan Miller
BOARD MEMBER
Nathan Miller is a student at Northwestern University studying Biomedical Engineering and Neuroscience. He grew up in the Milwaukee area, and his deep passion for medicine shows in his work as a first responder for the Southern Ozaukee Fire Department. He has a robust background working on leadership teams in a medical setting and is excited for this next chapter. Nathan can’t wait to work with the Wisconsin Care Collective to organize health clinics for Wisconsin communities!
